GLOBAL HEAD OF HIGH NET WORTH (HNW)

Take the lead in shaping the future of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) customer strategy for a leading, growing, multinational financial services company.

In this role, you will design and execute end-to-end strategies across product, underwriting, distribution, and servicing—translating insight into impactful solutions for HNW / UHNW customers. You will collaborate with senior leaders across functions to develop compelling wealth and protection offerings, while driving innovation in customer acquisition and experience.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance sales journeys, ensure robust governance, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes. Your ability to navigate complexity, influence across markets, and manage stakeholders at the highest level will be key to your success.

You will have a proven track record in HNW strategy within financial services (both off and onshore), ideally across multiple jurisdictions. With strong commercial acumen, strategic vision, and leadership maturity, you will thrive in a role that demands both executional excellence and customer centricity.
