The Role

• Handle the full cycle of policy administration for new businesses, renewal policies including but not limited to policy issuance, endorsements, commission, after-sales services with high service standard & within assigned authority
• Handling application and policy submission & enquiries from business partners
• Conduct due diligence on client and new products for insurance application
• Lead and improve service standard of policy administration, handle policy change / support service for customer throughout the policy life cycle
• Provide pending report and pending analysis for management review
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve day-to-day operation issues
