Legal Consultant - Equity Capital Markets

Responsibilities :

• Provide legal advice and support to clients on equity capital markets transactions
• Draft and review legal documents, including offering memoranda, prospectuses, indentures, and other transactional documentation.
• Conduct due diligence, analyze risks, and identify legal issues related to equitycapital markets transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external parties to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
