Responsibilities :
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on equity capital markets transactions
- Draft and review legal documents, including offering memoranda, prospectuses, indentures, and other transactional documentation.
- Conduct due diligence, analyze risks, and identify legal issues related to equitycapital markets transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external parties to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience as a Equity Capital Markets (IPO) Lawyer, preferably with a reputable law firm or financial institution.In-depth knowledge of equity capital marketsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.Compensation, Benefits & Location :
