Job Responsibilities :

Develop, review and implement the compliance programmes especially in retail business in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the bank and regulatory bodies;
Collaborate with other business units to review compliance issues in order to address and meet regulatory or business changes;
Perform regular training programmes to retail banking;
Gather system requirements and engage in UAT for system enhancement;
Participate in various projects and monitor project progress;
Provide business support to retail banking to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance or related disciplines;

At least 5 years’ relevant experience in retail banking;

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization;

Proven experience in project management would be an advantage;

Detail-minded with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, able to work under pressure;

Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Compliance Manager.
