Responsibilities
- Managing ongoing project costs, schedule and work progress against plans and report project progress and financial results to Project Management Team
- Communicate, liaise and coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure projects are well managed and executed
- Prepare costs, work schedules and progress of the assigned projects
- Manage Risk and proactive in recommending solutions and opportunities
- Communicating and updating stakeholders on project status and development.
- Manage legal and contractual requirements of the projects
- Organise and prepare for regular project progress review meetings, highliting the project progress to the Project Management Team
- Update project execution baseline (project structure, work package description, partners and supplier contractual data, management plans, costs, budgets and financial structure, resourced schedule)
- Managing Project Data effectively (archiving of documents, closing of the expenditure authorizations, e.t.c)
- Ensuring safe working environment for the project members and working team and that legal and contractual environmental, health and safety requirements are being met.
- Conducts regular site inspections and audits to ensure that site activities and processes are in compliance with contractual, legal and safety requirements. Being Proactive to ensure corrective and preventive actions are established and implemented.
- Supports on project related procurement activities : Gather purchase needs, forward needs to category Buyers for RFQ, manage acquisition plan.
- Assisting Project team from the stage of prequalification, submission, awards and implementation .
- Work closely and effectively with the Project Team and Capture Leader to winning projects and opportunities.
- Lead Quality Assurance activities including supplier quality assurance to ensure the solution is in line with customer expectations, contractual requirements, quality standards and with the risks mitigation objectives
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Technical or business-related discipline5 years or above experience in project management, preferably on engineering related projectsExperienced in Vendor management with KPI monitoring and reportingMust have strong organization, time management, communication and people skills, be able to multi-task and ability to work under pressurePreferably certified with PMP / IPMA (level C or above)Knowledge in in HSE Safety and Quality would be a plusProcess mindedGood negotiation skill & assertiveGood command of both written and spoken English, fluent in CantoneseGood Team PlayerLI-JL1
