One of the global information technology services provider that has 25,000+ staffs worldwide and focus on network integration, security solutions, data centre solutions, converged communications, etc, is now seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join their professional team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Establish strong relationships with the C-level of clients.
- Understand the client’s industry, business strategies and challenges.
- Explore and advance new / existing business opportunities by leveraging the engagements
- Align company solution’s capabilities to client business & IT priorities and position relative to competitors by demonstrating extensive knowledge .
- Address client needs and delivery issues.
- Prepare & implement the Account Business Plan which includes initiatives to grow company’s presence and share in the account.
- Build sales pipeline and ensure movement of opportunities to close.
- Engage / facilitate Bid Review and Approval processes
- Meet quarterly and yearly target
- Support complex deals by engaging and managing cross functional team members in solution pre-sales
- Ensure aligned client engagement and services by driving integrated planning & execution and coordinating service units
- Define and pursue joint growth opportunities in the accounts by proactively engaging strategic solution partners
Requirements
Degree Holder in relevant subjectsAt least 8 years account management experienceExperience in the IT industry, preferred in verticals of industryTrack record of sales performance and account managementExpert in the selling IT solution, services and outsourcingCapable to be a trusted advisor of clients’ CxOFocus on client’s key business challengesAble to submit timely and accurate forecasts.Knowledge of client’s business, organizational / financial structure and business processesExpertise in managing end-to-end sales processesInvolved in complex services deals.Able to create added value for clients by understanding industry trendsAble to drive specialty sales in accounts by demonstrating leadership and initiativeGood presentation and communication skills
