Role overview :
Assist the Senior Manager / Manager to implement business plans and initiatives in accordance to sales KPIs
Develop new business ideas for continuous development of Brokerage channel sales platform especially for brokerage segment
Strengthen and maintain a good relationship with assigned brokers to drive the new initiatives
Identify the needs and demands of individual partners to drive the sales
Provide all levels of support to partners to capture the business opportunities
Facilitate partners and TRs for delivery of quality, compliant and consistence business
Contribution new ideas and provide feedback from partners to ensure AIA competitive proposition
Handle day-to-day partners related issues to ensure our high level of services standard
Ideal Profile :
University / College graduate plus at least 3-5 years relevant experiences
Good organizing and management skills
Good insurance and investment product knowledge
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
Working knowledge of MS office applications
