Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall management of client service operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and services to institutional clients.
- Lead the target segment research and onboarding efforts for new clients, overseeing the preparation of pitch books and internal documentation.
- Provide proactive investment insights and maintain robustmunication with clients, ensuring timely responses and a high level of service.
- Drive business development initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities in the institutional market.
- Strengthen the institutional client base, promoting research services and cross-selling other financial products.
- Develop sales strategies and achieve targets in line with business goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.7+ years of experience in brokerage / asset management, with a strong focus on client-facing roles or institutional sales.Proven track record in developing client relationships and executing transactions effectively.Exceptionalmunication skills and proficiency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive results and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.Licensed under SFC with Type 1, knowledgeable in local regulatory andpliance standards.Stay informed on CITIC CLSA Job Opportunities
