职位描述University graduate, preferably major in Information Technology,puter Science related subjects. Minimum 5 years' work experience in information technology management or ITernance, risk andpliance. Extensive experience in technology risk management andpliance with regulations. Sound knowledge in software development, project planning & management Experience in managing configuration management database is definitely an advantage. Goodmand of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent in English is preferable; can speak in Mandarin is an advantage. Strong negotiator with excellentmunication skills. Independent problem-solving and self-directing abilities. Self-driven and flexible with high motivation. Sound knowledge in MS Project / Excel / Visio / PowerPoint / MIS Reporting. Familiar to regulatory requirements such as HKMA TM-G-1, TM-G-2, PDPO, PCI-DSS etc.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Bank in developing a reliable ITernance framework, maintaining high-level standard on IT service management and promoting continuous improvement.
- Assist the Bank in reviewing and enhancing ITernance framework to support the achievement of corporate strategy and objectives.
- Design, develop and implement ITernance related policies, processes and guideline to maintain a proactive conformance and oversight program.
- Facilitatemunication across IT Department and business units on ITernance initiatives.
