This Senior Officer role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of driving innovative sales campaigns and supporting our MPF business during a period of significant change. By ensuring accurate reporting and operational support, the role contributes directly to our mission of delivering exceptional value to our sales channels. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in campaign management and reporting, working closely with cross-functional teams. They will also develop valuable skills in data analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Position Responsibilities :
Sales Channel Support :
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
Generate campaign performance reports
Assist in fulfilling campaign operations, such as data consolidation, calculations, and award distribution
Provide ad-hoc support during campaign periods or special projects
Sales Campaign Support :
Coordinate with different stakeholders on sales campaign proposals
Track campaign progress and maintain performance summaries
Support the team in preparing presentation materials and reports for business updates or planning sessions
Assist with campaign data checks, updates, and simple analysis
Operational & Administrative Tasks :
Assist in the Bonus Unit Injection process – gathering requests, performing calculations, and coordinating with IT
Handle basic inquiries from agents or internal teams related to reports or processes
Support general administrative and reporting needs of the sales team
Required Qualifications :
University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in sales support, reporting, or administrative coordination preferred
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Access and Power BI is an advantage
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks
Willing to learn, with strong communication and teamwork skills
