Role Purpose

• Develop, maintain, and support technical infrastructure, hardware, and system software components;
• Configure, debug, and support various infrastructure platforms, including on-premises, AWS, and Azure cloud environments.
• Support various network elements, FortiGate / Checkpoint firewall, servers, and platform operating systems, including Windows, VMware ESXi Server, Linux, Cisco products, VPN, Avaya, Aerohive WiFi etc.;
• Perform installation, maintenance and support of system software / hardware and user support
• Perform high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption recovery and create preventive measures;
• Provide all technical documentation, manuals and IT policies related to infrastructure and server;
• Work with Information Security Manager and network team to adopt necessary security measures in infrastructure;
• Responsible to monitor and troubleshooting infrastructure systems and networking;
• On call for emergency production incidents to provide fire-fighting support and perform shift duties if required;
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
• Willing to offer support outside of standard office hours if needed.
