职位描述Participate in order processing Provide professional customer service Handle customer enquiries and follow up Coordinate shipment to ensure ontime delivery Proficient in Japanese, English & Mandarin Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level Two (JLPT 2) or equivalent 1+ years working experience in any business Experience in trading or manufacturing companies is a plus Experience in sales coordination / customer service / order processing / shipping / logistics or related is a plus Good interpersonal and communication skill PC proficient in Word, Excel & Powerpoint Mon to Fri 9am-5pm; 5 days work 13 months salary + performance bonus Door-to-Door transportation allowance Lunch allowance : HK$50 per day Medical insurance Very few OT work is required Work location : Hunghom MTR 2 minutes walk
