Description :

Our client is an expanding listed investment firm. To cope with their expansion, they are now looking for potential incumbent with attractive package for the captioned opening.

• Define strategic planning to drive for the business of Corporate Finance with the objective to maximize the Company interest and investment returns, including but not limited to IPOs, merger & acquisition, corporate advisory and other fund raising activities
• Manage the relevant activities to ensure the compliance with SFC requirements, regulations and guidelines
• Build excellent partner relationship with stakeholders and relevant authorities to effective the implementation of investment projects
• Be the bridge to liaise with regulatory authorities and professional bodies to understand the possible risks and market direction to facilitate the formulation of business direction and decision
• Compile reports through a wide range of market research as well as prepare proposals to facilitate and effective the regulatory check
