Handle the front desk operations by receiving iing calls, greeting guests and visitors in-and-out records.
Manage meeting rooms reservation, guest’s beverage arrangement and equipment set-up for the meeting
Courier service arrangement about keeping records of documents and packages
Assisting in organizingpany activities, seminars and events coordination
Providing office administration support including facilities and equipment maintenance, office supplies ordering,pany documents and seals keepings, etc.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing reception area that reflects the firm's brand and professionalism
Performing ad hoc assignments as required.
Form 5 or above;
With clerical experiences in bank or financial institutions is definitely an advantage;
Hardworking and willing to do clerical tasks;
Has excellent personal presentation at all times and upkeeps the “dress code”.
Proficiency in MS Office (word and excel) and Chinese Word Processing
