Job responsibility will be to drive new business growth across both B2B and B2C segments. This includes identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities with prospects and existing customers, aligned with the companys structured sales process. You'll be measured on your ability to build a strong sales pipeline, drive quarter-on-quarter revenue growth, and develop strategic buying Drive new business acquisition by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Xeragos service offerings.

  • Own and manage a quarterly sales pipeline from prospecting and outbound engagement to closing deals and contract management.
  • Use CRM systems to maintain transparent and accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data.
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Work closely with potential customers to understand their business objectives and tailor solutions that align with their goals.
  • Align Xeragos offerings with customer strategic initiatives to create long-term value.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and market dynamics to inform and adapt sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Exhibit high energy, self-motivation, and a solution-oriented approach in all Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Experience building trust-based relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of customer buying behavior, competitive landscapes, and business practices within the target market.
  • High energy, results-driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
