S Posted byHead of Professional ServicesAs an architect within the Enterprise Architecture Core Team, you will work closely with divisional architecture teams and architects within delivery organizations. You will play a critical role in maturing the way we practice architecture across the Technology organization landscape in Asia, with an emphasis on understanding business needs, shaping architecture strategies, and guiding teams to the most effective technology solutions while ensuring alignment with our overall Technology Strategy. We strongly value external industry perspectives into our function, and this role is expected to contribute to that effort.

10+ years of experience in technical roles puter science, technology systems design, or a related technical field), with a strong understanding of architectural principles, patterns (, microservices, event-driven architecture, API-first design), and best practices, and a demonstrated ability to apply them to solve business problems.

Proven ability to guide and mentor teams in translating business requirements into practical technology implementation plans, drawing on industry best practices.

Excellentmunication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectivelymunicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior business stakeholders.

Strong business acumen and an understanding of how technology can drive business value, particularly in the context of strategic investments and key programs at the firm.

Deep understanding of software development methodologies (, Agile) and project LCM.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven capacity to analyzeplex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
