Engineer (Digital Media)

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer to join our technical supporting team.

As a technical supporting Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting media network infrastructures and post-production digital file workflows, ensuring that all technology works efficiently, securely, and is properly maintained. The ideal candidate has a solid technical background and the ability to manage media network systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of all hardware, software, and network systems.

Responsibilities :

• Configure and maintain media network infrastructures and systems to ensure optimal performance, connectivity and security
• Manage and maintain the on-premises Active Directory environment of post-production non-linear editing system, including administration of group policies, and the maintenance and monitoring of domain controllers
• Ensure data security by implementing firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures to prevent unauthorized access
• Respond to user-reported technical issues and resolve problems related to hardware, software, or network connectivity
• Document workflows and technical procedures, and maintain accurate records of all support activities and system changes
• Perform regular backups, system updates, and monitoring system performance for potential problems
• Keep up with new media trends and technological advancements to recommend improvements and updates to the organization’s systems

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, Creative Media, Telecommunications, or related engineering fields

2+ years’ experience for an Engineer in supporting post-production non-linear editing systems and media file exchange workflows
