We are looking for a Wellness Supervisor based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Wellness Supervisor, we rely on you to :
- Offer and assist the guest in selecting suitable care products
- Assist in coordination for plans and implementation of new menus, promotions, special offers and promotional media activities
- Monitor and maintain the inventory of equipment
- Conduct and attend departmental meetings
- Attend to guest complaints, inquires and requests
- Supervise and assist Manager to lead the overall operations
