The role involves providing transactional support to partners and lawyers across Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai, helping deliver efficient and high-quality legal services.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents
- Support due diligence, including questionnaires, reports, and site visits
- Conduct legal and corporate research
- Translate legal materials
- Verify disclosure documents
- Assist with transaction signings and completions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
