Job description

Our client, a prominent global law firm, is hiring a Paralegal or Legal Manager for its Corporate Transactions team in Hong Kong. The role involves providing transactional support to partners and lawyers across Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai, helping deliver efficient and high-quality legal services.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and proofread legal documents
Support due diligence, including questionnaires, reports, and site visits
Conduct legal and corporate research
Translate legal materials
Verify disclosure documents
Assist with transaction signings and completions
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies

Requirements :

Law degree with strong academic credentials

Native Mandarin speaker with excellent English communication skills

1-2 years' experience in IPOs or M&A preferred

Strong judgment, initiative, and attention to detail

Well-organized and deadline-driven
