About the Job
Responsibilities :
- Assist multiple production support functions to aid partners in fulfilling sales requirements
- Resolve basic to moderately complex sales issues based on practice and precedence
- Monitor controls based on regulatory and reporting requirements
- Delivery and administration of access media and sales tools and assist in the overflow of digital self-service media
- Aid in the customer service process to ensure the quality of customer service
- Manage the safekeeping and control of files during operation hours
- Recommend new options to enhance productivity in accordance with established guidelines
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications :
2-4 years of relevant experienceExperience in operational processes and branch service preferredProficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applicationsWorking knowledge of related industry practices and standardsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationEducation :
