Provide user support for office software, including Lotus Notes email, Microsoft Office, and the Electronic Recordkeeping System.
Conduct yearly network security evaluations, resolve security vulnerabilities, and implement necessary measures based on IT risk assessments and audits.
Oversee software patching and deployment to maintain system efficiency and security.
Deliver technical assistance to users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
Support procurement activities related to IT hardware, software, and services.
Keep hardware and software inventory records updated and properly maintained.
Participate in IT projects and handle additional assignments as directed.
Requirement Details :
Higher Diploma in Information Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
At least 3 years of experience in network infrastructure / system support, including administration, maintenance, and enterprise network project implementation
Experience managing vendors or contractors is highly desirable
Solid background in office automation-related technical tasks and LAN support
Hands-on expertise in managing Windows and Linux servers, network infrastructure, and PC administration
Self-driven, responsible, and committed to delivering quality work within deadlines
Strong ability to learn independently and conduct technical research
Excellent troubleshooting, interpersonal, and communication skills
