职位描述Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources or a related field. 2 -5 years of experience in a payroll and compensation-related position is highly preferred Knowledge of payroll best practices of Hong Kong will be advantageous. Proficiency with HRIS and MS Excel. Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills. Managing payroll processing and the handling of payroll-related enquiries. Administering benefits, such as health insurance, leave and retirement plans. Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal employment laws. Preparing and delivering reports on payroll activities. Other processes including Taxation, MPF, EC, ER activities, etc. on ad hoc basis.
