In this position, you will :
- Responsible for field service support on Home Broadband Business (HBB)
- Conduct on-site support, fault diagnosis and commissioning
- Handle customer complaint with case evaluation, investigation & follow up
- Analysis & investigate complain cases, providing with resolution
- Data analysis, monitor on quality of service delivery for improvement and service excellent
- Field service quality control and work practice formulation for quality assurance
- Work with various internal and external stakeholders to implement the operational excellent
- Sound knowledge on installation & maintenance of HBB-related VAS
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements :
Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or Enterprise Engineering or any relevant professional qualificationMinimum 3 years’ solid experience in relevant fieldStrong capability of learning and growthStrong knowledge and industrial background on XGS-PON / GPON network, transmission, block wiring and broadband servicesStrong sense of customer’s satisfaction in service deliverySelf-motivated and result-oriented; able to work independently.Good troubleshooting ability, fault analysis and problem-solving skills.Good initiative, leadership, interpersonal, presentation, consultative and communication skillsCCNA / CCNP or any IT-related certificate is preferredKnowledge of Putonghua is an advantageWhen you work :
