We are a fast-growing in TOYS's trading and manufacturing business located in Hong Kong with operations in PRC & Asia. Are you a dynamic and strategic thinker with a passion for sales and marketing? Join our team as a Sales & Marketing Manager and be at the forefront of expanding our business across exciting new territories in Europe.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for business development activities / initiatives with new and existing customers;

Responsible for sales activities concern the new product developments, pricing and scheduling and resolving technical, design and testing problems;

Explore new European markets and identify customer segments for business expansion.

Craft and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

Manage social media, email marketing, and online ads to enhance digital engagement and drive sales.

Strong relationship-building abilities with clients and team members.

Assist in any ad hoc duties as business requires.

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree or above in Business or Marketing or related disciplines,

5 years solid experience in toys field

Good communication and strong interpersonal skills

Leading sales team to recruit new client and achieve sales targets.

Manufacturing engineering back ground is an advantage

Work in Hong Kong, China, Asia and travelling to Europe as requires.

Less experience will consider Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager
