Responsibilities
- Build an effective and efficient operation by developing and managing development programs & scripting
- Serve as the escalation point of those escalated events & incidents that require further advisory, diagnosis and decision in order to achieve the defined internal OLA and service SLA.
- Propose and enforce internal governance to align with PCI-DSS, ITIL and ISO27001 standard and requirements
- Implement and management existing Anti-DDoS and Cloud Security Platform, including hardware and software layers locally and overseas.
- Manage platform hardware and software release in order to achieve smooth service deployment and successful service launch
- Liaise with other global teams and partners in managing and operating global services around the world
- Ensure and enhance customer satisfaction through effective handling of security events and promptly, professional communication with customers.
- Liaise with diversified departments based on new or existing JIRA project and process needs, e.g new feature development, existing feature review and new feature roll-out…etc.
- Manage JIRA cloud platform for daily operation use.
- Proactively seek for latest cloud platform in the market which will facilitate or improve process effectiveness & efficiency.
- Act as framework, process and project owner and take accountability accordingly
- Manage internal projects and processes among different offices and departments.
- Work on standby, roster, odd hours if required.
Requirements
Degree holder in Engineering / Computer Science / Information TechnologyMinimum 2 year experience in Service Provider or other Sizable Cloud Deployment environment.Holder of Server and Security professional certificates like MCSE, LPI, CISSP, CCSP, Citrix… etc. is an advantageJIRA, PMP and ITIL Certificate holder is preferredKnowledge of DDoS attack types will be advantageousExperience in JIRA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 and ITIL are added advantagesGood Knowledge of Server Management (Citrix / VMWare / Linux / Windows)Good Knowledge of Internet technologies like TCP / IP, UDP, ICMP, HTTP(S), SMTP, DNS, and SSLStrong Knowledge of HTML / JavaScript / PHP / Nginx / Apache / CDN / PythonLess experience would be considered as an assistance engineerOur Client
