Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the financial accounting and treasury functions
• Respnsible for the financials of the Group (with subsidiaries in HK, PRC and US) including accounting, financial reporting and analysis, and tax planning
• Report to Vice President – Finance and assist to develop and implement the overall financial strategy for the Group and provide financial advice on the Group’s operation and strategies
• Lead a sizeable team in HK and Shenzhen
• Establish and maintain financial control policies and procedures to protect the Group's assets and to ensure compliance with internal control and regulatory requirements
• Manage relations with banks, external auditors and tax advisers
• Participate in merger and acquisition, and ad hoc projects
