Responsibilities
- Develop and launch digital solutions that enhance the advisor experience, align with regulatory requirements, and boost operational efficiency.
- Oversee system design, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and training.
- Identify and execute strategic initiatives to streamline workflows and processes, optimizing overall efficiency.
- Act as a SME for Continuing Professional Development reporting in relation to regulatory authorities.
Requirements
13 years of experience in agency operations recruitment, licensing, with a deep understanding of agency operations, contracting, and onboarding processes etc
Relevant qualifications such as FLMI or CFP are ideal but not a mustStrong experience in applying for insurance licenses for advisors.Cantonese is Mandatory
