Role Overview
Achieve the assigned KP is on new merchants, fee income, sales volume, MRF loan and other business targets
Recruit new merchant account and maintain existing merchant base
Provide professional customer services and day-to-day operational support to merchants
Establish and develop long term business relationship with merchants
Actively cross-sell the Bank products and identify business opportunity
Conduct various sales activities effectively according to program schedule
Ideal Profile
University graduate or above
3 years or above relevant experience
Understand relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
Self-motivated, aggressive and with strong business sense
Good communication skills
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Proficiency in English and Mandarin
