Assistant Manager / Security / System / Network Engineer / Technical IT Support (Fresh welcome)

职位描述Collaborate with Security Operation Center and Security Consulting team to deliver professional security services to customers Engineer, implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information Provide professional security advisory service to customers by designing and proposing security solutions meeting customer’s objectives Understand customer’s IT challenges and security requirements, and provide troubleshoot recommendation to customer Assist the review of customer’s overall IT security architecture, security solution design and security operation process Work closely with customer’s stakeholders to deploy security solution Prepare and document standard operating procedures and comprehensive reports on findings, outcomes and propositions for further security enhancements Support external and internal security audit Perform Window / or Linux system administration including system setup and backup, software installation, patch upgrade, system monitoring and health checks. Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning. Manage capacity monitoring on system and applications. As a technical advisor for junior system administrator. Handle the daily operation on network and security Handle network and security equipment installation and configuration Holder of CCNA / CCNP is preferred Knowledge in Cisco IOS and NX-OS, switching, routing and tunneling. Such as : TCP / IP, Spanning Tree, VLAN, VRRP / HSRP, GRE, IPSec, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP Work with a team to provide front-line operation support, system configuration, user account administration, timely fix problems and diagnostics to all issues relating Internal IT System Monitoring the healthiness and report fault of IT Systems Liaise and work closely between various departments to support the overall business goal Provide overall Data Center Operation for Service Activation, Service and Network Monitoring, Problem Handling and escalation to related party when required Develop, maintain and share documentation for knowledge management and reporting Provide front-end inter-network support services to corporate customers and supplier

Our Security Operation Center is looking for a high caliber SECURITY ENGINEER responsible for managing multiple security projects, security system monitoring and maintenance, and other security response tasks (e.g. anti-virus signature creation, anti-spam signatures creation, intrusion detection and protection, content filtering signature preparation, etc.).
