Senior Strategy Manager, Digital Marketing | group, advisory

- Report to the Head of Digital, Customer
- Work closely with other digital functions (e.g. Product, Project, Analytics, etc.) within a department of 20+ people
- Work closely with other digital (marketing) teams in other BUs

Evaluate and optimize the company's digital marketing and social media channels to create a more customer-centric approachDevelop a cutting-edge social media, web, and app strategy that caters to the needs and behaviours of target audiencesDetermine the purposes, roles, and audience for each channel to create integrated and compelling user journeysEstablish governance framework, guidelines, and processes to help business units use social media to reach their target audiences effectivelyAnalyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvementManage day-to-day operations and identify areas for improvement while maintaining the group's media agency relationsskills & experiences required.
Hold a degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing or a related fieldHave more than 10 years of experience building and maintaining digital marketing channel ecosystems in complex organizationsKnowledge of luxury hotels, shopping malls, grocery retail, health and beauty retail is a strong plusKnowledgeable about utilizing data and insights to inform digital channels setup and user journeysSkilled in senior stakeholders (e.g., CDO, head of marketing) management and nurturing agency and platform relationsHave experience in paid media planning and managementExcellent command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese) and EnglishSenior Strategy Manager, Digital Marketing | group, advisory
