职位描述Bachelor degree / High Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines Holder of ITIL Foundation Certificate or above is preferred Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in service operation Prior experience with high availability and distributed production environment Be a good team player and able to work in a fast-paced organization and a result-oriented team Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills Shift duty is required Candidate with less experience will be considered as Media Operation Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Perform service desk duties to handle enquiries from Customer Service and supporting departments
- Act as tier 1 service desk support to follow through the incident management process and to support service recovery on time
- Perform system monitoring to maintain normal operation
- Collect measurement results and formulate various management reporting
- Coordinate and arrange operation work in each shift
