Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional squad in delivering high-quality mobile and / or web applications .
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle -from planning to release-ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews).
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, Developers, QA, and DevOps for seamless execution.
  • Engage with local and regional stakeholders , maintaining transparency and alignment.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers .
  • Monitor squad performance , optimizing velocity and quality.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in , or a related field.
  • 7+ years in software delivery , with 5+ years in a leadership role (insurance domain preferred).
  • Proven track record in delivering mobile / web applications in Agile (Scrum / Kanban) .
  • Strong knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent skills.
  • Experience with regional / cross-cultural teams is a plus.
  • Cantonese speaking required.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Technical background in mobile / web development.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines & DevOps practices .
  • Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, etc.) are advantageous.
