In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing human resources functions as well as administrative tasks that support the overall efficiency of our operations. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR practices alongside exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Your contributions will be integral in streamlining HR processes, managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and maintaining personnel records. Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for all staff.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer payroll processing and assist with benefits management.
  • Organize and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Support the development of HR policies and procedures to promote a fair and positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within the accounting sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
