Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Technical Services Engineer I, the appointee will mainly perform the following duties :

To complete the maintenance and modification of mechanical, electrical equipment and building services facilities on schedule
To assist engineers in preparing and checking of method statement, risk analysis and contractors’ submissions
To supervise workmen and / or contractors in carrying out installation and maintenance works within specific timelines
To ensure the quality, progress of work, health and safety in the execution of the maintenance and modification work or project site work

Requirements :

Certificate / Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or related disciplines

A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in electrical, mechanical or building services engineering

Registered Electrical Worker (REW) an advantage

Holder of a valid driving licence for Class 1 vehicles an advantage

Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

Willing to work outdoor and irregular working hours

Working Location : Lamma Island, transportation to be provided.
