Job Responsibilities :
To manage and supervise Front Office daily operations and guest services
Provides excellent guest services to ensure guest satisfactions receive all guests’ queries and handles complaints
Job Requirements :
Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related discipline
Minimum 5 years working experience in hotel front office
Mature, service-oriented and well-organized
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and supervisory skills
Good command of both spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
