Job Responsibilities :

  • To manage and supervise Front Office daily operations and guest services
  • Provides excellent guest services to ensure guest satisfactions receive all guests’ queries and handles complaints

Job Requirements :

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in hotel front office
  • Mature, service-oriented and well-organized
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and supervisory skills
  • Good command of both spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
