Senior Manager, Corporate Planning and Analysis

The Department

Reporting to and under the direction of Deputy Executive Manager, Business Modelling and Analytics and under the leadership of Head of Corporate Planning and Analysis (HoCP&A), Senior Manager, Corporate Planning and Analysis will assist Deputy Executive Manager, Business Modelling and Analytics to perform wagering business analytics, revenue projection and related Corporate Outcome KPIs (with focus on Football) to facilitate the Club’s corporate performance management process, and support the Board of Management (BOM) in shaping strategic vision and identify key issues impacting corporate / business strategy and divisional plans for priorities alignment across the Club.

The incumbent shall lead the delivery of analyses of the Football wagering performance deep diving into business / product / customer key drivers, relevant external macro environment trends, and Football wagering revenue projection scenario articulation integrating business initiatives from divisional operating plans and strategic program plans. Senior Manager CP&A will also support specific wagering related business modelling and analytics required mainly for WP / CSII business case evaluation, and other wagering analytical requests from Deputy Executive Manager, Business Modelling and Analytics and HoCP&A.

The Job

• He / she shall lead the delivery of regular updates, analytics and insights related to Football wagering business trends, and integrates divisional program plans into key drivers analytics to facilitate forecasting and projection of wagering revenue and related outcome KPIs.
• Provide and recommend requirements for developing and maintaining the knowledge base infrastructure and data management process flows to facilitate wagering revenue analytics.
• Develop and empower junior staff with coaching, business domain knowledge sharing, and on-the-job training, measured by the effectiveness, engagement and credibility of the team.
• Be prepared to support additional projects or assignments based on supervisor guidance and approval, in addition to the original duties and roles specified.
