Join our team as a Graduate Intern , where you will gain valuable experience in the field of Human Resources while exploring one of the most important cultural projects in Hong Kong. This internship is designed for recent graduates or candidates with less than 3 years of working experiences. The internship will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while developing your skills in a dynamic environment.
You will be responsible for :
- assisting in creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from attraction to selection;
- aiding in the management of employer branding initiatives across various platforms, including job boards and social media;
- participating in the execution of HR initiatives such as job fairs, career expos, and other recruitment events;
- contributing to the review and development of HR policies and guidelines, ensuring they are current and effective;
- assisting in various HR projects related to staff engagement, process and workflow design, governance, and quality assurance;
- staying informed about changes in regulatory requirements and contemporary HR trends to support compliance efforts;
- collaborating with team members to assist in the issuance of updated HR policies and guidelines; and
- performing any other duties as reasonably directed by the HR team.
You should :
be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment, unless otherwise specified;hold a recognized university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline;have less than 3 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply;demonstrate a strong interest in developing a career in human resources;be open-minded and proactive in addressing challenges and finding solutions;exhibit attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work well in a team;possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); andbe proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
