Business Development Officer (Property Management)

Duties and responsibilities

Prepare management budget and proposal

Target potential clients and keep good relationship with them to explore business opportunities

Understand competitors and identify opportunities for various divisions

Attend clients’ interviews to introduce management proposal

Lead marketing activities for the company

Ensure smooth transition in and delivery of quality services during the intake period

Keep close internal communication and relationship with different departments and group companies

Qualification / Experience

Diploma / Degree holder in Property / Housing / Facility Management or related disciplines

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property management

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, adaptability, highly independent and motivated

Mature, flexible, self -motivated, work independently

Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua

Knowledge in IT solutions / application is an advantage

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Officer .
