职位描述Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum of one year of experience in leasing, property management, or a relevant sector within the real estate industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing. Strong command of written and spoken Putonghua / Simplified Chinese and English. Fluent Mandarin speaking candidate who got 1-3 years of relevant experiences from other reputable financial institutions are highly preferred.

Description
- Oversee daily asset management tasks related to real estate properties.
- Manage leasing, rental, and tenancy matters, including documentation and reporting.
- Conduct in-depth market research to support business decisions.
- Develop financial models, perform analysis, and prepare management reports and presentations.
- Assist in strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Provide administrative support at the portfolio level.
