The Company

A MNC life Insurer in Hong Kong is looking for an Officer under their Agency Management Team. This is a high performing Team with Good learning opportunities and Good career progression.

The Role

Perform secretarial and administrative duties including travel arrangements, appointment scheduling, documentation to Field Management
Co-ordination between Management & Agency
Prepare timely reports for Management's review
Prepare presentation materials for meetings
Assist in agency events & ad hoc projects

Your Profile

Degree holder with major in Business Studies preferable

At least 1-3 years' administrative working experience

Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and coordination skills

Mature and well-organized

Good analytical and follow-up skills

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Strong PC skills, especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
