What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 8 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in the banking industry

Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex banking systems

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with business leaders

Proficient in programming languages such as C#, React.js, jQuery, CSS, and web services

Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools

Perform in-depth analysis of existing banking systems and processes to identify areas for improvement

Design and develop innovative technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance customer experience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and software developers, to ensure effective implementation of system enhancements

Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members

Continuously monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend strategic improvements
