Job Responsibilities

Support applications and the overall ecosystem.
Assist the supervisor in monitoring and maintaining system stability, and provide solutions to address stability issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
Adopt DevOps and Agile practices to enhance system performance.
Collaborate with distributed teams and work independently.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

3+ years of IT system development & support experience.

Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Knowledge of programming languages including Java EE, JavaScript, NodeJS on Typescript, Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.

Eagerness to learn new technologies.

Knowledge of using public cloud services, e.g. Azure, GCP, etc.

Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
