Responsibilities
Support Sourcing Directors on daily operations and administration tasks for the Divisions
Organize regular meetings and team building events for the Divisions
Manage daily appointments and travel schedule for two Sourcing Directors
Assist in buying trip preparation including visa application, hotel & flight bookings, budget control
Analyze data and prepare reports to support business activities
Prepare PowerPoint materials, meeting documents, minutes and regular reports
Liaison with Department Heads and the teams for project status
Handle commercial ad hoc projects and assignments
Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration, International Trade or equivalent
At least 3-year experience as business assistant or merchandiser
Experience in international trade and sourcing industry is an advantage
Good in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook)
Proficient in both spoken and written English
Self-motivated with high level of interpersonal and analytical skills
Passionate in connecting with people
Possess strong sense of ownership and high degree of independence
Well organized, attention to details with solution-oriented mindset
Ability to bring about change
Energetic to drive for customer success and excellent service
