Responsibilities

  • Support Sourcing Directors on daily operations and administration tasks for the Divisions
  • Organize regular meetings and team building events for the Divisions
  • Manage daily appointments and travel schedule for two Sourcing Directors
  • Assist in buying trip preparation including visa application, hotel & flight bookings, budget control
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to support business activities
  • Prepare PowerPoint materials, meeting documents, minutes and regular reports
  • Liaison with Department Heads and the teams for project status
  • Handle commercial ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, International Trade or equivalent
  • At least 3-year experience as business assistant or merchandiser
  • Experience in international trade and sourcing industry is an advantage
  • Good in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook)
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Self-motivated with high level of interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Passionate in connecting with people
  • Possess strong sense of ownership and high degree of independence
  • Well organized, attention to details with solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to bring about change
  • Energetic to drive for customer success and excellent service
