Structural Engineer

Key Duties :

Working on structural design elements on projects as required; undertaking detailed engineering design of a wide variety of buildings.

Delivering excellent project work with quality, within agreed deadlines and within budget.

Ensuring appropriate service / design decisions are met.

Keeping senior staff informed of important and relevant design progress to make sure that the objectives of the company and the client are achieved.

Coordinating your work with other members and disciplines of the project team.

Your skills & experience :

Building structures design experience.

Experience as a structural engineer on projects in East Asia (HK, Mainland China, etc.)

Broad design knowledge, from working on a wide range of projects.

Skilled in the use of design and modelling software such as SAP2000, ETABS, ROBOT, Rhino etc

MHKIE / RPE (Structural or Civil) or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a relevant subject.

Qualification with RSE is welcomed but not essential.

Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking).
