We are looking for a Captain - Lobby Lounge based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Captain - Lobby Lounge , we rely on you to :
- Provide quality service to guests
- Ensure smooth operations of the work section appointed and strive for guests delights
- Ensure that service / items are prepared according to restaurant standards
- Check the cleanliness of the section prior to and after service
- Collect feedback during operation to ensure guests satisfaction
- Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations
