Role Introduction
Reports to : Senior Digital and IT Planning Analyst
This is accountable and responsible for managing and supporting the IT financial and reporting across digital and IT department. This role is to ensure day-to-day IT Operation activities are governed and operate in efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and keep track of IT operation cost performance for digital and IT department
- Responsible for creating and managing Purchase Orders (PO) for goods and services utilizing one of the four purchasing channels defined in SAP
- Support vendor invoice and payment processes
- Validate Project Cost Transition from Project to BAU
- Manage project and business unit cost recharges
- Manage day-to-day queries / costing activities with IT Manager and vendor
- Prepare costing reports and display transaction records on contracts, purchase orders, delivery status and invoice status.
- Support the team to provide enterprise level view of digital and IT department cost and trend
- Collaborate with IT Manager to facilitate management reporting in relation to department cost and analytics
- Support the team to provide department and project investment financial budget and forecast processes
- Assist continuous productivity improvement through automating and streamlining processes
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify opportunities for optimizing IT investment.
- Support financial governance to ensure transparency and visibility with the rest of the company through setting up various governance boards
Requirements
University Degree in analytical discipline – such as Computer Science, Information Systems or Accounting related disciplinesMinimum 2 years of working experience.Good analytical and problem solving skills.Good interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiationGood business acumen, with demonstrable competency in business planning and strategy developmentGood communications abilities and relationship management skillsGood experiences in SAP PTP / Ariba NetworkGood experiences in managing Purchase orders / Invoices / ContractsPersonal & Application Information
