Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunity on new customer acquisition and general banking products including deposit and lending business etc. to achieve sales targets and business KPIs.
- Promote the functionalities, marketing offers and benefits of our e-banking and “inMotion” services to customers at retail branches.
- Provide advice and support to customers on using electronic means of our bank including Internet Banking and “inMotion” App etc.
- Enhance and maintain good customer relationship so as to solicit business opportunities by proactively rendering best-in-class service and cross-selling of the banking product.
Requirements
Secondary education or aboveWith basic knowledge of online banking servicesWith customer service experience in retail banking will be an advantageStrong sales drive with good interpersonal andmunication skillsGoodmand of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)Fresh graduate will also be considered.Personal data collected will be used for recruitment related purposes only.
