Roles and Responsibilities :
- Enhance guest experiences by providing exceptional and memorable service
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the menu, including food and beverage items
- Communicate with kitchen on daily operations and quality control
- Introduce our loyalty program to enhance customer engagement
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and care
- Work closely with Restaurant Manager
