Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Bring in and manage your own job mandates in a 360-degree recruitment capacity
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Conduct phone-based interviews
- Use various methods to find candidates (job boards, social media, referrals, databases)
- Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies
